Because of this, we offer those individuals a coaching facility whereby they are paired with one of our highly skilled personal coaches. On a fortnightly basis, our coaches work in depth with their clients to help them implement the Referral Generation System successfully into their businesses.

This CoachNet Coaching facility has been remarkably successful. We enjoy a very high success rate with our coaching clients, the average client increasing their net income by 70%, and dramatically decreasing their working hours, in their first year with us.

Accountability: As a trained expert in the Referral Generation System, your coach will facilitate your setting the right goals, help you design a suitable strategy and then keep you accountable to those goals, encouraging you all the way. Mentoring: When the inevitable challenges come in business, your coach will offer wisdom gleaned from their own experience and from the experience of other TurnKey clients. As a dynamic problem solving assistant, your coach will help you overcome the challenges of your business. Championing: As a team member with you in your business your coach will share your emotion and celebrate your success with you. When you reach a goal, your coach will be there to congratulate and rejoice with you. If you miss a goal, he/she will be there to encourage you when you need it most.

Your CoachNet membership includes:

1. Ongoing telephonic coaching:

The structured part of our coaching is a half to one hour call from your coach to you every two weeks. In between these calls, you are able to call or email your coach should you have any questions of need guidance. After each call you will have clear and specific goals so you are able to implement the Referral Generating System in a step-by-step effective manner.

2. Referral Pack :

Save yourself time and money by utilizing the marketing materials that we provide for our clients. You receive all of these marketing tools, together with the monthly package, as a part of your CoachNet Membership.

3. Unlimited access to Crossroads Retreats:

We encourage CoachNet members to attend at least 4 Crossroads Retreats per year. You will be amazed at how much more you get out of the event the second, third or fourth time. Each time you return you will see TurnKey’s proven system in a whole new light, refining your understanding and improving your implementation. Crossroads Retreat attendance is free of charge for all CoachNet members.

4. CoachNet community groups

We have a network of community groups around the country - these groups meet regularly to discuss elements of the Referral Generating System and to encourage and support one-another

5. Agent to Agent Referrals

Because CoachNet members are able to devote more time to serving their clients and are coached and kept accountable in their levels of service excellence, there is an increasing amount of referral business between CoachNet members in different areas, as they are able to have a high degree of confidence in the quality of service their clients will receive.

6. Special Events

We run special events for CoachNet members to provide additional training and guidance.

7. Online services

Each of our CoachNet members has special access to our web-site which provides them with the facilities to track Goals, Proactive Business Activities and Transactions online and generate a number of useful reports from this information - their personal coach will assist them in the use of this facility
