I have been operating my business for just over 12 months and pride myself on the fact that my business is run on a referral basis only. So when I first heard about the product I was quite excited. Attending that first presentation confirmed my initial thought that this might be something worth investigating further. Attending the course has been an eye-opener for me. Even though I had already decided that this program would be an essential part of my business going forward, the scope and the step-by-step process detailed in the two-day seminar was far more encompassing than I had imagined. I am now so excited that I have a SYSTEM that will ensure that my business and my contacts can be managed properly and that genuine long-lasting relationships will be developed and maintained with the people I choose to work with. The second one is a couple who did not currently qualify for our services. Instead of discarding them, spending some time educating them about the Client Appreciation Program got them excited and we have begun a great relationship that will be long term. More Advocates!
